The latest phase\nincludes clusters sited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n&#8211;\nbetween Acre Lane and Ferndale Road (10 in total);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n&#8211;\nbetween Acre Lane and Brixton Hill (north of Blenheim Gardens\/\nWindmill Gardens, 14 in total);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n&#8211;\nanother cluster of 6, between Brixton Prison and New Park Road;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n&#8211;\nbetween Effra Road and Atlantic\/ Railton Roads (16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nAnother\n10 are proposed between Brixton Hill and Tulse Hill (so within the\nterritory claimed by Tulse Hill Neighbourhood Forum).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nAlso\nanother 6 between Landor Road and Clapham Road, which I think falls\nwithin Stockwell Neighbourhood Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nSo\nfar, over 220 hangars have been installed on Lambeth streets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nClosing\ndate for any comments is next Sunday&nbsp;<strong>15\nSeptember<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211;\nsee the Consultation page on the Council website and follow the\nlinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>Rush\nCommon Improvements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nA\nreminder that Lambeth Parks Department has invited ideas for\nimproving the parkland walk alongside Brixton Hill, between Brixton\nWater Lane and the Brixton Orchard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nClosing\ndate for comments is&nbsp;<strong>30\nSeptember&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211;\nsee the Consultation page on the Council website and follow the\nlinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>News,\nEvents and Activities around Brixton<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>Settled\nStatus for European Union Citizens &#8211; advice sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nLambeth\nCouncil have reminded us that they have organised advice sessions for\nEU citizens seeking &#8220;settled status&#8221;. For the next few months they will also\nhave a presence in Brixton Town Centre!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nStarting\nthis week, they will be based in Unit 12 in&nbsp;<strong>Brixton\nVillage,&nbsp;<\/strong>on\nTuesdays between 10 am and 4 pm for drop-in sessions, followed by\nTuesday evening classes in mosaic and tile work. Thursday sessions\ncontinue in the main studio in Jeffreys Road, Stockwell. Their regular weekly sessions have\nresumed after the summer break, with McAlpine Dance Studio back in\naction from Saturday 14th.&nbsp; A showcase event featuring many of\ntheir regular users and artists is taking place on&nbsp;<strong>Saturday\n27 September&nbsp;<\/strong>at\n7-30 pm. They are offering an evening of &#8220;Flash\nConsulting&#8221; &#8211; a bit like Speed Dating &#8211; which sounds like a\ngreat opportunity to get expert advice on making your work more\neffective. Ideally come with a 2-minute pitch about your\norganisation, and a 5-minute (max.) description of a challenge or\nproblem you are facing.&nbsp; The event runs from 5-30 to 7-30 pm at\nTripod in the basement of the Town Hall.
